We will not request your banking details unless for accounting purposes, and this will always be with your consent.
• By agreeing to inviting and allowing us to provide you a Quotation which may lead to you purchasing and signing a Purchase Agreement you are also consenting to your personal data being shared with our appointed and vetted third parties such as our Building Works Dept, Electrician, Plasterer, Plumber, Building Control Officers Jhai LTD etc, for the purposes of fulfilling the requirements of the Purchase Agreement and to register with the Competent Person Scheme for self-certification (FENSA) under the current Building Regulations, and also to register your project with our Insurance Backed Guarantee provider which is currently the Consumer Protection Association. Personal data includes title, name, address, phone number and email address. This data will be used to provide essential documentation only for the completion of the project and will be retained and stored on our encrypted data base for at least the lifetime of the guarantees which do not exceed 10 years.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
The Information we collect about you may be used to:
• Contact you in response to any general or specific enquiries made by you;
• The administration, confirmation and accounting of quotations, sales and enquiries.
• Process any application submitted by you in connection with any job vacancy or graduate recruitment scheme (we may also keep details of applications for the purposes of vetting future applications for a period no longer than 3 months);

We may also disclose your Information to third parties in the following circumstances:
